Senior SAP Project Manager to lead the configuration of an ERP initiative strengthen data analytics capabilities

Our valued Public Service client is hiring a Senior SAP Project Management Support Specialist to lead SAP configuration initiatives and provide IT project management support

Background:

The organization requires support to advance its enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives and strengthen its data analytics capabilities. By leveraging project management expertise and data-driven methodologies, the organization aims to enable timely, evidence-based decision-making and ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions and actionable insights

Tasks:

• Provide IT project management support using PMI standards, including coordination, scheduling, and progress reporting across stakeholders.
• Support the definition, coordination, and management of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Offer subject matter expertise in SAP Project Systems, including its configuration within enterprise solutions.
• Assist in developing and documenting requirements through use cases, dataflows, and process flow diagrams.
• Manage meetings, action logs, schedules, risks/issues, and status reporting using Microsoft 365 tools and electronic document management systems.
• Support application development and change management activities using SDLC methodology, and assist with SharePoint site administration.

Must Haves:

• Master Business Administration (MBA)
• PMP Certification
• SAP Certified Application Associate Project System OR
• Secret Clearance
