Senior SAP MM (Materials Management) Analyst to implement and integrate with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Transport Management (TM).

Our valued public sector client is looking for a Senior SAP MM (Materials Management) Analyst to implement and integrate with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Transport Management (TM).

Project description:

The Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) Project will procure and implement automated data capture technologies and corresponding supporting Information Technology infrastructure across the DSC to enhance operational support and improve the accuracy of Defence corporate reporting. The project will also undertake the associated integration work that will allow the input of the materiel management data obtained by AIT into the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS). Specifically, the two main goals are to:

1.Enable package label printing from SAP GUI for IM instances of DND SAP system.

2. Complete Interface development and integration work needed to enable the Software to exchange data with those SAP instances. It will also include incorporating and aligning the printing capabilities provided by MM Hardware and Middleware with the printing capabilities and specifications developed under the pre-work phase.

• Secret Clearance
• SAP Certification

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document functional, business, and system requirements related to MM (Materials Management),Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM).
• Configure SAP MM components, including integration with other SAP modules like TM, SD, and EWM.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and logistics collaboration.
• Support change requests, incident reports, and service requests related to SAP MM functionality.
• Assist in the development and testing of interfaces and reports within SAP MM.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide input for enhancements or optimization of SAP MM/EWM?TM processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation (functional specs, configuration documents, business process procedures).
• Provide knowledge transfer to personnel and participate in workshops as needed.
