Senior SAP-ISU Test Lead to support large-scale capital initiatives for a utilities client (Edmonton preferred).

Our utilities client is seeking a Senior SAP-ISU Test Lead to support large-scale capital initiatives within a Major Capital Projects portfolio.

Overview:

This role will be highly hands-on, working in the trenches alongside other testers while also providing test leadership across multiple SAP-ISU workstreams. The successful candidate must bring deep SAP-ISU test execution experience, with the ability to lead by example rather than through delegation alone.

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of hands-on SAP-ISU test execution experience (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years of experience performing and leading functional and integration testing within SAP-ISU
• Experience testing across multiple SAP-ISU modules (e.g., Billing, Enrollment, CRM, Water, Device Management)
• Proven ability to lead testing while remaining hands-on
• Proven experience planning and delivering multi-phase testing initiatives end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to define testing scope, assess risk, and prioritize test activities

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with SAP-ISU Enrollment, Billing, and CRM
• Experience with SAP-ISU Water projects, including device management
• Experience with structured or formal testing methodologies
• Experience working with Azure DevOps for test management, tracking, or reporting

Responsibilities:

• Act as a testing liaison with Project Managers and stakeholders while remaining actively involved in test execution
• Hands-on execution of test cases across SAP-ISU modules, including functional, integration, and UAT support
• Plan and support multi-phase test cycles while personally contributing to testing activities
• Ensure system quality and stability across SAP-ISU implementations through direct testing involvement
• Coordinate and support UAT, including direct engagement with business users
• Document, track, and report defects and test results, providing clear summaries to stakeholders
• Support projects mid-stream and adapt quickly in evolving environments with minimal supervision
