Our financial services client is seeking a Senior SAP CRM & Account Origination Techno-Functional Analyst to design and optimize CRM workflows using SAP CRM and AO modules in the banking domain

This role leads CRM configuration, integration, and technical delivery across sales, service, and account origination processes in the financial sector.

Must Haves

• 10+ years of experience with SAP CRM functional configuration and One Order Framework
• Hands-on expertise with Account Origination (AO) workflows and financial domain processes
• Strong proficiency integrating SAP CRM with Salesforce or similar platforms
• Experience conducting SIT/UAT testing and documenting technical and functional designs
• Proven delivery of CRM solutions in banking or lending environments

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HELOC, mortgage, and retail lending operations
• Experience with SAP HANA data models or S/4HANA migration
• Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Understanding of credit eligibility and disbursement workflows
• Financial services implementation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CRM module implementation and customization across Sales, Service, and Marketing
• Configure Account Origination workflows including account setup and credit process automation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Develop and validate system integration between SAP CRM and external applications
• Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation for design, testing, and deployment
• Support SIT/UAT execution and resolve configuration and code-level issues
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process optimization
