Senior Reliability Cleared UX Researcher to coordinate, enhance and deliver program requirements in an Power Platform environment in the public sector - 06

Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior Secret Cleared UX Researcher to coordinate, enhance and deliver program requirements in an Power Platform environment. The resource will work closely with stakeholders, including Product Owners and end users, to ensure that the application is designed, configured, and customized to fit seamlessly within the client's IT portfolio while addressing end user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain user experiences that simplify onboarding for new teams, re-engage existing users, and promote consistent, sustained use of the platform through intuitive, accessible, and standards-aligned interfaces and workflows.
• Analyze user feedback and behaviour to identify adoption barriers, inform UX decisions, and drive continuous improvements that strengthen engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the delivery team, Product Owner, and program leads to develop UX artefacts, in-app experiences, and user-support materials (e.g., journey maps, guides, prototypes) that enhance understanding, confidence, and long-term use.

Must have:

• Reliability clearance
• User research experience
• GOC experience

Nice to have:

• Power Platform experience
