Senior Reliability Cleared Product Owner with expertise in Agile delivery and Product Design to lead a design team to support a public sector modernization

Our valued clients are looking for a Senior Reliability Cleared Product Owner (8+ years) with experience in Agile delivery and Product Design to lead a design team to support a public sector modernization project.

As the Product Owner, this consultant will act as the voice of the client, employee, and business by leading a POD team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, ensuring that the development of valuable and user-centric products is achieved in supporting a Federal Government Initiative.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Define and prioritize product requirements in a agile environment
• Performing Journey Mapping through analysis of stakeholder requirements, that identify steps required through the UX visualization documents
• Maximize the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
• Act as the representative for the business, prioritize features and work needed to be complete in a sprint

Must Have Requirements:

• Federal Government Security Clearance of Reliability (Level 1) or higher
• Agile Delivery Expertise
• Journey Mapping and Design (UX) Experience
• Experience Leading a POD team

Nice to Have Requirements:

• Federal Government Experience
