Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with Salesforce experience to plan, lead and deliver a Customer Growth enhancement project to improve customer & employee experience


Preference for Edmonton based PM, open to Calgary based PM


Must Haves:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager, delivering large-scale IT and operational enhancement Projects, integrating technology solutions with business operations.
  • Experience implementing Customer experience/CRM and its applications.
  • Experience in CRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Must be able to manage 3rd party vendor SOWs and work authorization, tracking progress against milestones
  • Ability to integrate business processes, drive operational value, and foster stakeholder engagement.
  • Must have strong financial acumen - familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) with a clear understanding of capital vs. expense activities in IT Projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Project management tools like MS Project, reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Project delivery methodologies.


Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment of technology with business objectives and operational needs.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the OCM Lead to design and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of process and system changes.

• Establish and maintain strong credibility with executives, steering committees, and frontline teams to align project goals and outcomes.

• Confidently present project updates, risks, and milestones to executive stakeholders, while translating technical information into actionable insights for business users.

• Balance technical implementation with operational business processes to ensure the project delivers measurable business value.

• Governance & Reporting: Adhere to governance frameworks and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and variance to leadership teams.

• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and challenges.

• Collaborate with technical teams, OCM, and business stakeholders to execute project deliverables effectively.

• Manage 3rd party vendor SOWs and work authorization, tracking progress against milestones

• Follow established processes to engage the services of clients Managed Service Provider

• Adhere to clients IT project delivery governance framework.

• Complete regular status reporting as per Project and project requirements

• Actively manage budget forecasts, accruals, and variance reporting.
