Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, implement, and oversee large-scale Guidewire Policy Centre migration to AWS Cloud - 01107

Initially a 12-months contract. 2 days/week onsite in North Vancouver. 40 hours/week.

Must Haves

• 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience with enterprise implementation ($15M~$20M budget)
• Experience with vendor management (this role requires working closely with 2 key vendors)
• Experience working with executive level stakeholders
• Deep understanding of RACI, RAID Logs, and structured project governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience developing project plans, budgets, and resource acquisition strategies
• Strong knowledge of risk management, quality control, and change management principles

Nice to Have

• Experience working within public sector or insurance projects
• Exposure to multi-agency and contractor coordination
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior project managers
• Certification in PMP or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and implement large, complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders
• Define project scope, structure, and detailed project plans including budgets and timelines
• Coordinate schedules and deliverables across departments and agencies
• Negotiate and manage procurement of goods and services related to project execution
• Monitor and adjust project activities, ensuring minimal impact on operations
• Develop and maintain RACI and RAID logs, ensuring risk and issue transparency
• Prepare and present project status reports and closure documentation to sponsors
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams; coach and evaluate team performance
• Oversee all documentation and governance outputs throughout project lifecycle
