Description
The client has a requirement for a Contractor to supply professional services resources required to maintain and enhance the web portal system.
- Maintain web portal system - Portal maintenance activities include break/fix (i.e. bug fixes), software and database modifications, and minor feature enhancements of the existing system to ensure an efficient delivery process.
- Enhance web portal system - Portal enhancement projects include major enhancements to the enterprise and program level functionality within the portal. The initial project, planned for 2022, will enhance the portal to increase portal usage by program participants through improved timeliness of information to end users (digital versus paper); new program functionality and continuous improvements to user experience. Additional projects are anticipated in future years to migrate existing programs and to develop new programs on the portal.
- 3 projects responsible for delivering project management services during each of the following stages of the project:
- Initiating and Planning
- Executing, and Monitoring and Controlling
- Conducting project status meetings to monitor project progress and prepare progress reports and dashboards;
- Tracking and updating the project risk register;
- Identifying issues, providing solutions and leading activities to resolve issues; and
- Delivering the project within the agreed upon constraints.
- Holds a Certificate in Project Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential granted by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Holds one of the following:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner credential granted by AXELOS
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) granted by ScrumAlliance
- 3 projects leading a project using an Agile methodology including conducting the following tasks:
- Implementing tools and developing processes to implement an Agile methodology;
- Developing and applying story point estimation to develop the product backlog and support sprint planning;
- Acting as Scrum Master;
- Providing analysis and reports on project velocity; and
- Providing recommendations on methods to improve project velocity.
- 2 projects managing the project activities of an Application Development or Application Enhancement project with a team of at least 10 people
- 2 projects conducting a Project Re-baseline
