Senior Project Manager to lead ServiceNow initiatives from process analysis through to ServiceNow implementation

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead ServiceNow initiatives from process analysis through to ServiceNow implementation.

This is a hybrid role 3 days/week onsite in either Edmonton or Calgary.

Must Haves:

• 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager, focused on delivering ServiceNow projects
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and HR, including experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and secure solution integration.
• Proven experience in both waterfall, agile and iterative delivery practices
• Demonstrated ability to guide organizations through major transformations while aligning business and technology teams to deliver high-impact results

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-visibility projects from planning through delivery, balancing scope, resources, risks, and timelines to achieve successful outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, forecast, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish key performance indicators.
• Ensure successful implementation and integration ServiceNow solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization and drive the implementation of best practices.
• Monitor project progress, manage the budget & forecast, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and project deliverables.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and ensure continuous improvement.
