Our client is looking for Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise Application upgrade/integration projects working with cross-functional technical & business teams (R24-013)

This role requires you to be onsite 100%, working core business hours from 8-5 with free onsite parking

Must Haves:

• 10+ years' experience as a IT Project Manager able to manage multiple enterprise projects concurrently
• Must have extensive experience managing complex Application (QualPro, Cobol V9, Sybase) projects
• Must have led Waterfall and Agile integration projects
• PMP certified or equivalent certification

Responsibilities:

• Direct accountability for planning and executing one or more Agile or Waterfall projects as solution scope requires to project performance criteria (on time, within scope, on budget, and meeting quality standards) as defined in the project statement(s)
• Develop project estimate basis using Agile software development estimation techniques
• Advanced project management practical expertise across knowledge areas: scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk and procurement and integration management
• Work with Product and resource owners to identify internal and external stakeholders, and then lead stakeholders management activities throughout the project life cycle
• Own the development and review of project requirements with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Technical Leads to ensure project will deliver to the planned benefits
• Facilitate interactions between Technical Leads, Project Delivery Staff, and QE Leads to ensure that project delivery and testing completion are aligned
• Facilitate cross-departmental project delivery activities, and gain commitment for delivery while managing competing demands, to ensure that project delivery dates are not compromised
• Plan project implementations, facilitate implementation dry runs, and lead Go live activities to ensure production implementations do not adversely impact the production environment
• Escalate material issues and risks to leadership in a timely fashion
• Ensure that Organizational Change Management activities are completed to drive product adoption
• Ensure that Transition to Support is planned for, completed, and approved so that the support organization can support all new or modified systems
