Our Utility client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to assist with the coordination of multiple enterprise-level technology platforms (SAP S/4HANA, CRM, AP) across Agile development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors

Hybrid work schedule - Candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in Downtown Calgary

Must haves:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Agile and Waterfall programs
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise-wide technology projects, including SAP (S/4HANA), CRM and AP Automation programs
• Experience coordinating across Agile development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors/consulting partners
• Experience working in Utilities or Energy

• Proactive and solution-oriented, able to identify issues early
• Comfortable challenging issues and driving improvements in delivery practices
• Experience supporting enterprise platform modernization initiatives
• Experience in financial services environments
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheets and Azure DevOps

Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple initiatives
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones across workstreams
• Ensure projects progress according to agreed timelines and objectives
• Maintain RAID logs, status reporting, and governance documentation
• Provide regular updates and visibility to stakeholders and leadership
• Work closely with Agile development teams and Product Owners
• Ensure development activities align with project goals and governance requirements
