Our client is looking for Senior Project Manager (IT Generalist) to support multiple projects across our Commons Group within the utilities space

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edmonton

Must Haves:

• 7+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager leading enterprise Technology application projects
• Experience leading projects within the following areas:
• Saleforce Lifecycle
• Salesforce foundations project
• Asset Management, Geospatial and General Enterprise Application Enhancements
• Devops for Asset Management and Geospatial Applications
• Must be able to lead high visibility projects from inception to delivery, managing financials, stakeholders, external vendors and timelines

Respsonsibilities:

• Lead high-visibility projects from planning through delivery, balancing scope, resources,risks, and timelines to achieve successful outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, forecast, objectives, timelines,resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project goals,and establish key performance indicators.
• Ensure successful implementation and integration of Common IT and/or Cyber Security solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization, and drive the implementation of best practices
• Monitor project progress, budget & forecast, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and project deliverables.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and ensure continuous improvement.
