Our client is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to assist with cost, schedule updates for multiple projects in the Oil and Gas industry. (ENBJP00025707)


Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or 5+ years of Project Coordination experience in an engineering or construction management environment.
  • General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
  • Ability for providing concise reports.
  • Professional-level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a project setting.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in change management tracking.
  • Knowledge of risk management and stakeholder engagement.


Description:

The Senior Project Analyst/Coordinator will be responsible for managing project communications, reporting, and stakeholder coordination within the client's Major Projects portfolio. The role involves monitoring project progress, assisting project managers, and ensuring timely updates on project status, risks, and key decisions. This position requires working closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and reporting.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop project updates for leadership on cost, schedule, risks, and decisions.
  • Provide support during project development and execution phases.
  • Monitor and track critical project deliverables and stakeholder engagements.
  • Communicate timely updates on project status and performance.
  • Assist with risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate project close-out and turnover to the business unit.
  • Support project managers in ensuring functional leads execute their strategies.
  • Track commercial and contractual transactions as required.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings, stakeholder updates, and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Manage and track the change management process as requested.
