Description
Our oil and Gas client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to assist with ERP transformation planning and implementations in a centralized change management function
Candidates will be in-office 3 days/week - (remote 2 days/week)
Please note - There are 2 roles:
Role 1: ERP (SAP) - Workstream Change Specialist (Travel to Houston required 1-2 times/year)
Role 2: Change Management Office - Corporate Function projects (No Travel outside of Calgary)
Must haves:
- 10+ years of experience as a Change Manager, or Change management specialist with a focus on an ERP Workstreams (SAP) OR centralized change management function working on technology initiatives
- Experience preparing and delivering change management assessments, plans and activities for complex, enterprise-wide programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience completing and assessing detailed readiness, change impact, and stakeholder analyses
- Experience Implementing the required communication plans and learning activities
- Experience working with Human Resources Team (Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning and Development)
Nice to haves:
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
- University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness or Development
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Prosci and/or other change management certification/professional designation is preferred
