Senior Oracle Project Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementations.

Our client, a leading organization in the FinTech sector, is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementations. This role will focus on delivering complex, multi-country and multi-site transformation programs, ensuring alignment across business and technology stakeholders.

Location: Predominantly remote with occasional onsite requirements (Montreal, Quebec)

Language Requirement: English only (no French required)

Duration : 6 months plus extension

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP and/or EPM implementations across international, multi-entity environments
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical delivery teams
• Drive governance, reporting, and executive-level communication on project status, risks, and milestones
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness
• Oversee integration activities between Oracle platforms and upstream/downstream systems
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and delivery frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall)

Must Haves

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering enterprise technology programs
• Proven track record managing Oracle Fusion ERP and/or EPM implementations
• Experience with global, multi-site, and multi-entity deployments
• Strong understanding of finance processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, consolidation, planning, forecasting)
• Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional teams and multiple vendors
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and delivery governance experience
• PMP or equivalent project management certification required
