Senior MS Dynamics & Power Platforms Architect to design and implement a new Grants Management Solution - 064.

Must Haves:

• MS Dynamics Architect (10+ years)
• Design of Technical architectures built on MS dynamics and Power Platforms (9+ years)
• Migration of legacy data (5 projects)
• Integration of a Grants and Contributions system with a SAP Financial Management System (2 projects)
• Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

a. Define and maintain the end-to-end application architecture for TGMS

b. Evaluate functional and system requirements to determine the most efficient and cost-effective implementation method (customization vs configuration)

c. Design and evolve the dataverse data model to support the functional requirements for the full grant lifecycle

d. Define Integration patterns (APIs, Connectors, batch)

e. Manage designs for multiple sprints (agile implementation) concurrently throughout the project life cycle

f. Support the technology environment strategy (dev, test, UAT pre-Prod and Prod) and guide the use of the ALM tools

g. Work closely with the entire project teams to ensure clear understanding of the solution architecture

h. Evolve the Solution Architecture Document as the project continues through its current phase, defined as the “Build” phase’

i. Develop an Integration Strategy and Architecture document for the needed 3rd party systems

j. Develop and maintain the Dataverse Data Model throughout the “Build” phase

k. Develop and maintain the Security and Access Control Model

l. Produce Coding and Customization Standards.
