Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Accountant to manage accruals, invoicing, and settlements of NGL market transactions within the oil and gas industry.

Must Have:

• 8+ years experience as a Marketing Accountant within the oil and gas industry.
• Experience managing NGL market transactions including accruals and settlements.
• Experienced in analyzing monthly budgets/forecasts and accrual price/ volume variances.
• Experience with Eka InSightCM or comparable ETRM systems such as Allegro or OpenLink.

Nice to Have:

• CPA or equivalent designation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing, Production Accounting, and Financial Reporting departments to track market revenues and processing/transportation costs.
• Report on and analyze utilization rates and mitigation activities.
• Respond to internal and external audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with Marketers and Risk Analysts to ensure accuracy of transaction data.
