Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, IM/IT Operations to lead Business Analysis and Quality Assurance delivery support within Information Services

This leadership role oversees BA and QA delivery functions, ensuring effective resource allocation, utilization, and performance across IM/IT initiatives. Working closely with project and portfolio governance teams, the position supports consistent, high-quality analysis and testing outputs to enable project success. The role is ideal for a people-focused leader with a strong background in IM/IT delivery and organizational alignment.

Must Haves

• Reliability level security clearance
• Experience in a people leadership / people management role
• Several years in leading delivery of IM/IT initiatives
• Background in IM/IT solutions management, network, systems, or security projects
• Proficiency in project lifecycle, scope, and change management across multi-technology environments

Nice to Have

• Experience administering budgets and personnel
• Background in stakeholder and third-party provider coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations for Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Organizational Change Management teams
• Allocate and optimize resources across BA and QA functions based on project priorities and skills alignment
• Maintain visibility over resource capacity, utilization, and delivery performance
• Collaborate with Project Directors and Project Managers to support people management in connection with delivery of IM/IT projects
• Establish standards, practices, and methods for BA and QA operations
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery support and alignment with organizational priorities
• Report on operational performance to the PMO and management leadership
