Our client is searching for Senior Management Consultant to support ERP Program Manager and Director in the delivery of the organization’s ERP Transformation Program. - 19932

1 year contract, possibility of extension, Hybrid in Vancouver

Must Have

• 10+ years’ experience in authoring business cases, authorizations fundings and other justification/business critical document for funding
• 6+ experience in large ERP technology transformational programs, particularly in translating technical concepts into business friendly terms and communications
• Strong experience in managing stakeholder communications and relationship
• Experience working with multiple 3rd party systems integrators and technology product vendors
• Experience delivering program management activities in coordination with project managers and other team members including but not limited to issue / risk investigation, documentation, and resolution

Responsibilities

• Supporting the ERP Program Manager and the Director of Enterprise Solutions and Analytics in delivery of key program functions.
• Writing of business cases to authorize funding and other justification / business critical documents
• Delivering program management activities in coordination with project managers and other team members including but not limited to issue / risk investigation, documentation, and resolution
• Facilitating key meetings and discussions with team members, coordinating agendas and documenting meeting minutes / discussions.
• Organizes and manages program level documentation
• Drafting key communications related to ERP program management activities
