Senior Java Developer to develop and convert existing and new integrations for TIBCO version BW5.X & BW6.X with REST services and Service Oriented Architec

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Java Developer to develop and convert existing and new integrations for TIBCO version BW5.X & BW6.X with REST services and Service Oriented Architecture

Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada, working MST hours

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer with a focus on deploying REST services in TIBCO BW5.X and BW6.X with XML and JSON
• 5+ years of development experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• 5+ years of experience gathering requirements, analysis and design of TIBCO services
• Experience developing batch processes in both TIBCO version BW5.X & BW6.X
• Developing, testing, and deploying REST services in TIBCO BW version 6.x

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in multi-tiered environments.
• Utilization of Team Foundation Server (TFS) / GIT.
• Development experience in .Net.
• Experience with HP Quality Centre suite of test tools.
• Experience with industry standard programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new integrations, enhance existing integrations while adhering to a defined development framework and governance model.
• Support Client project integration needs by aligning project requirements to the delivered integration solution.
• Ensure delivered solutions are designed, developed and deployed according to our clients standards.
