Our client has identified a requirement for a Senior Java developer to create an online scraping tool to scrape data from an external platform and combine it with existing lead generation tools in order to generate a filterable list of alumni abroad.

Software Development Java 8 - 10 years
Our client has identified a requirement for a Senior Java developer to create an online scraping tool to scrape data from an external platform and combine it with existing lead generation tools in order to generate a filterable list of alumni abroad.
Must Haves:
- Enhanced reliability clearance
- 8-10 yrs Java development experience
- Previous experience using online scraping tools such as Selenium/Python etc
Nice to have:
- Previous experience using Zoominfo or other Lead Generation tools
- Previous experience using Machine Learning software
Tasks:
- Kick-off meeting with Project Authority at the start of the contract.
- Meeting remotely with the Project Authority on a bi-weekly basis up until final deliverables are delivered
- Test the list generation tool by providing the Project Authority with a small sample list
- Develop entire code and software architecture and complete documentation for the scraping tool in a way that it can be shared with other government departments for future use.
- Pull sample list to validate quality prior to final deliverable
- Deliver written and oral updates on progress
