Our enterprise aviation client is looking for a Senior IT Support Generalist to provide hands-on technical support across systems, networks, and user needs as they establish a new facility near the Calgary airport.


Must-haves:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience (help desk, service desk, or desktop support)
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addresses, LAN/WAN, infrastructure troubleshooting)
  • Experience with user account administration and general IT maintenance
  • Ability to support hardware setup and imaging laptops
  • Exposure to CCM (Configuration/Change Management) systems - understanding how to troubleshoot and support them
  • Knowledge of homegrown or custom-built applications
  • Experience with IT service providers or managed services
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to learn on the fly
