Our energy & resources client in the mining sector is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager (10+ years, Spanish and English) to deliver enterprise application and infrastructure initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies

Leading large-scale projects within an international portfolio, this role ensures infrastructure solutions align with organizational governance, cybersecurity, and operational standards. The successful candidate will manage full project lifecycles for enterprise technology programs across North and Latin America, maintaining engagement with diverse stakeholders. This opportunity offers visibility across executive governance forums and regional delivery teams in a complex industrial operating environment.

Contract, Vancouver, Hybrid 3 days/week, Working Hours: PST

Must Haves

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure project management across enterprise environments
• Expertise in network infrastructure, cloud architecture, data centers, and operational technology (OT)
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Fluency in English and Spanish for stakeholder communication across North and Latin America
• PMP certification or equivalent project management education

Nice to Have

• Experience in mining, industrial, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, or PPM platforms
• Experience managing vendor coordination across multiple geographic regions
• Involvement in infrastructure resiliency or refresh programs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle delivery of infrastructure and enterprise application projects
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk/issue logs
• Maintain RAID logs with mitigation and escalation strategies
• Coordinate governance reporting and steering committee updates
• Ensure alignment with organizational architecture, cybersecurity, and operational standards
• Coordinate implementation activities across network, telecom, cloud, and OT domains
• Manage vendor deliverables and compliance with SOWs and contractual commitments
