Our enterprise public client is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to manage operational enhancements and new feature implementation of M365 and other Infrastructure (Telephony contact center, UC products) related initiatives - 91250


12 months contract, Vancouver based - 2 days/month in office, (may need to report to the office frequently depending on project requirement.)


Must Have:

  • 9+ years of Project management of medium to large initiatives in an enterprise environment ideally within Public sector
  • Experience with Contact Center implementations and Contact Center technologies in an Enterprise level organization.
  • Experience in M365 implementation with M365 Teams Voice and related technologies in an Enterprise level organization.
  • Experience in managing Enterprise upgrades of client computing devices (Windows), networks and other client facing infrastructure.
  • Experience in using a variety of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Extensive experience in project management including creating and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and resources; status reporting; managing project issues and risks; and change control.
  • Extensive experience managing teams including the ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including effective reporting and presentation skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading CaaS solution sustainment and implementation of new features and enhancements. This opportunity will help provide Contact Center as a Service with a multi-channel customer experience to the Contact Center operations.
  • Act as Lead Project Manager in managing the operational enhancements and new feature implementation of M365
  • Act as a Lead Project Manager in various client facing Infrastructure initiatives.
