Senior HxGN EAM Business Process Analyst to support Phase 2 of a HxGN EAM Reconfiguration Project

Our client is seeking a Senior HxGN EAM Business Process Analyst to support Phase 2 of a HxGN EAM Reconfiguration Project, enhancing asset management and work management systems.

Initially a 1-year contract with possibility of a 1-year renewal. 37.5 hours/week from 8:00AM to 4:30PM PDT, unpaid lunch break 12-1PM. Hybrid in Burnaby 2 days/week onsite.

Must Haves

• 5+ years experience working with HxGN EAM or similar EAM
• Strong expertise in work management and infrastructure asset management planning
• Experience supporting enterprise system integrations (e.g., GIS, FMS, HR systems)
• Proven ability in business process documentation, assessment, and improvement
• Experience in project management and Agile frameworks

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Certification in Infrastructure Asset Management (IAM, IPWEA, or PEMAC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Experience with EAM mobile applications, including custom mobile solutions

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing HxGN EAM system challenges and define requirements
• Document improved business processes for asset and work management
• Review and enhance data quality across relevant datasets
• Support development of EAM configurations and integrations with enterprise systems
• Coordinate with internal IT EAM Team to test and validate solutions
• Streamline workflows across asset lifecycle, maintenance, and resource management
• Contribute to project deliverables aligned with new HxGN EAM design implementation
