Description
Our valued healthcare client is seeking a Senior Data Modeler to provide data assets design and modeling support!
Initial 8-month contract (100% Remote), with strong possibility of extension. 7.25 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Candidates with the ability to work on-site in North York or Ottawa, ON would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide data assets design and modelling various projects, focusing on delivering logical and physical data models.
- Create DDL’s and scripts to deploy schemas and tables across different accounts.
- Collaborate with the product delivery team to implement new data models.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of demonstrated data architecture experience including standards, concepts, patterns, best practices and methodologies.
- 3+ years of Logical & Physical Data Modelling experience utilizing formal modeling notations such as UML and ER.
- 3+ years of experience working with Data Modelling tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or equivalent (e.g. Erwin, PowerDesigner)
- General knowledge of AWS data storage and analytics (e.g. S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Arora) and CI/CD processes
- General understanding of Reference and Master Data
Nice-to-Haves:
- Demonstrated experience working in the healthcare industry
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
