Background:

This project supports a large‑scale data readiness and digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing how enterprise data is prepared, governed, and used for decision‑making across a complex organization. The work integrates the development of a common, interoperable data platform with hands‑on data profiling, quality assessment, analytics enablement, and governance implementation within a modern cloud‑aligned environment. The initiative emphasizes building trusted, standardized, and analytically ready data assets to enable data‑driven operations and a sustainable data‑centric culture.

Tasks:

• Cleanse, validate, and standardize enterprise data to improve quality and readiness for operational and analytical use.
• Query and profile data to identify data quality issues and support the definition of data quality business rules.
• Develop and maintain Python‑based ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from source systems into analytics‑ready datasets.
• Prepare integrated datasets to support reporting, dashboards, and decision‑support use cases.
• Document data transformations, quality rules, and data structures to support data governance and change management.
• Work within a modern, cloud‑aligned data environment supporting scalable data preparation and readiness initiatives.
