Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Change Management Consultant with M365 experience to lead the adoption of a new email migration effort.


Background:

The Email Migration Project, mandated by the Treasury Board Secretariat, is intended to modernize collaboration tools to enable, engage and empower employees. These collaborative tools include SharePoint, MS Teams, Office 365, and Exchange Online. The Email Migration project is intended to merge DWAN and cloud based email/calendars and ensure a uniform experience.


Tasks May Include:

  • Prepare Communications materials and presentations including Project Status, Project Updates, Stakeholder Updates, etc...
  • Develop a Change Management Strategy leveraging SharePoint, Teams and other mechanisms to reach internal Stakeholders.
  • Engage directly with internal stakeholders and technical authorities in order to gather all required email migration information.
  • Prepare Email Migration Project dashboards, status updates and/or senior management or partners dashboards by required deadlines.
  • Participate in migration discussions/meetings/working groups with SSC and other stakeholders.


Must Haves:

  • Microsoft 365 - 4+ years
  • Federal Government (DND, SSC, CSE...) - 2+ projects
  • Certification - Prosci, Prince2, CBAP, ITIL, APM, Association of Change Management Professionals etc...
