Senior Change Communications Specialist who has support digital transformation or data analytics programs building adoption through storytelling

• 1 year contract
• Hybrid in Calgary - 3 days in office
• Will need to provide a portfolio / sample of writing

We’re looking for a hands-on communications professional to support a large-scale digital transformation program. This role focuses on translating complex, data-driven initiatives into clear, compelling communications that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across the business.

Must have:

• Experience as a Senior Communications specialist support change communications for enterprise programs
• Experience creating multi-channel communications ( for example: presentations, newsletters, intranet/web content, executive updates etc)
• Demonstrated ability to champion change by and influence adoption of new tools, processes, or ways of working across an enterprise environment
• Proven ability to translate technical or data-driven concepts into clear, business-focused messaging and working with cross-functional teams (business and IT_
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating meetings and gathering input

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data analytics, supply chain, or retail programs
• Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks
• Experience tracking engagement and adoption metrics
• Strong visual storytelling skills (PowerPoint design, basic creative tools)
• Experience managing internal campaigns or program branding
