Senior Business Transformation Architect to support the development and implementation of digital solutions, supporting technologies, and IM/IT transformat

Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Architect to support the development and implementation of digital solutions, supporting technologies, and IM/IT transformation.

The client is currently in the final phase of their plan to implement a Case Management Platform (CMP). The CMP aims to alleviate various barriers of complexity that clients, employees and partners face in the current ecosystem. We require professionals to assist with the implementation and maintenance of the CMP that has both attended and unattended robots with centralized logging, which ensures that all actions, activities, and interactions are captured. With the support if the awarded resource it is intended to limit risk and exposure, and to further define corporate strategy for use of this modern technology, which is evolving quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments of current business architectures, processes and performances;
• Ensuring consistency and integration with the organization's and government architectures and business strategies;
• Evaluating the feasibility of the business architecture and technologies related to one or more business changes;
• Creating detailed roadmaps describing the development of IM/IT business processes;
• Developing principles of operation and concept of operations;
• Identifying risks associated with the architecture and technologies and recommending risk mitigation;
• Managing the development and implementation of architectural improvement plans;
• Performing business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows;
• Evaluating existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems, and developing data dictionary(ies); and
• Defining and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.

Must haves:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Transformation Architect
• A minimum of 2 Large IM/IT projects with a minimum value of $15,000,000 each
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and supporting business transformation initiatives involving integrated risk assessment functionality in an IM/IT environment.
• 1 of the following certifications
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
• Prince2 Project Management Foundation / Practitioner Or a PMP
