Our Client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with data analytics background to configure rule sets and support QA Testing for products within the Loyalty Management System.


This is a hybrid position requiring to be on site T, W, Th in Calgary


Must Haves:


  • 5+ years’ experience in a Technical Business Analysis or Business Systems Analyst role
  • 3+ years experience hands-on data analytics experience including data migrations and data mapping.
  • Experience configuring and customization Loyalty Management Systems, CRM or large customer facing platform with Oracle database to enable fulfillment of new features or enhancements including defining conditions, criteria, rule sets and other data
  • Experience working with various internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs to technical requirements and supporting QA Testing with creating Test Cases
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence


Nice to Have:


  • Loyalty project experience
  • SQL Scripting or expert knowledge in Excel
  • Understanding of cloud environment such as Azure or AWS


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to define requirements and processes to implement solutions with multiple integration points to deliver business initiatives. This includes working with multiple internal and external partners to ensure solution is aligned.
  • Responsible for the configuration of the Loyalty Management application to enable fulfillment of program benefits, deliver promotions or new features or enhancements. This includes defining conditions, criteria, rule sets and other data.
  • Provide input on initiatives impacting Loyalty services or processes to ensure service delivery standards are maintained and business objectives are met. This requires detailed understanding of processes and integration of all current and future benefits and services.
  • Responsible to guide testing and support as required for implementation of Rewards enhancements, releases, or promotions.
