Our public sector client requires a Secret cleared Senior Business System Analyst to support the establishment and operation of the ServiceNow Center of Enablement and ensure effective management of three distinct ServiceNow platform instances one (1) cloud environment and two (2) on-premise environments within two (2) networks of different classification. The services must enable the delivery of a technically robust and scalable enterprise Service Management capability that aligns with DND’s digital transformation objectives, supports interoperability, across classified domains, and accelerates adoption of ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities:

• Produce functional requirement documents that capture detailed functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow modules and integrations
• Ddevelop ServiceNow capability maps and use case scenarios / users' stories to guide configuration and development.
• Produce workflow diagrams, process maps, and data flow diagrams that document end-to-end processes and data movement for clarity and optimization.
• Produce a gap analysis report and business process documentation that identifies gaps between current and target states and provides supporting documentation.
• Develop training and enablement materials that include user guides, training sessions, and knowledge articles for DND/CAF stakeholders.

Must have:

• System Administrator ServiceNow certification
• 10+ years implementing ServiceNow modules
