Description
Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Business Consultant to perform organizational redesign and to assist in standing up new directorates within the organization.
Background:
In December 2022, the governing body expanded the mandate of the organization to absorb an existing division as well as the primary lead for digital transformation. In doing so, the organization was rebranded. It is expected that the contractor will perform organizational change/redesign which will accompany the creation of new directorates and work units.
Tasks May Include:
- Perform Organizational Design by identifying and confirming the organization's structure Functions, size, group and level, and costs.
- Provide research, analysis and strategy related IT or related to digital transformation.
- Identify and confirm other organizational operational requirements.
- Confirm business priorities and direction.
- Resourcing Strategy Considerations
Must Haves:
- Two Organization design projects in the past 10 years
