Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with SAP Ariba/P2P experience to drive catalog enablement, supplier onboarding, and RACI development in a cross-functional delivery environment.

Contract Details:

• 100% remote role
• Candidate must work MST hours
• Contract is 7 months with the possibility of extension

Must have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting system implementations or process improvement initiatives within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments
• Experience working with P2P platforms, preferably SAP Ariba or similar (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer)
• Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery from gathering requirements, documenting processes through to implementation.
• Demonstrated experience developing RACI matrices and facilitating workshops define roles and responsibilities
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including business, IT, and external partners/suppliers
• Experience supporting supplier onboarding or external partner coordination initiatives

Nice to have:

• Direct experience with catalog enablement or supplier catalog onboarding in SAP Ariba
• Experience contributing to sustainment / operating models post-implementation
• Exposure to data integration or ERP systems
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies

• A strong Business Analyst with P2P experience who can also support project coordination activities and bring structure to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Support a SAP Ariba catalog enablement initiative, focusing on supplier onboarding, catalog wave planning, and cross-functional coordination.
• You will work closely with supplier enablement, data integration, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• In addition to supporting delivery, you will play a key role in facilitating workshops and developing a comprehensive RACI matrix to define roles and responsibilities across teams.
• You will also contribute to building a long-term sustainment model to support ongoing catalog management post-implementation.
