Our Public enterprise client is looking for an Senior Business Analyst with Process improvement experience to lead a diverse set of business projects and motivate project teams - 90273


12 Months Contract, possibilities of extension. Hybrid - Vancouver, BC


Must Have:

  • 6+ years of Business Analyst experience managing a variety of business and/or technology related projects
  • 1+ years of Project management/BA Lead experience or supporting, creating Project Plans in a complex environment
  • Experience with Change Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management and mitigation strategies knowledge
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Visio (flow charts and process mapping)
  • 5+ years' experience with planning, leading and facilitating sessions and PowerPoint Presentation
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner or willingness to take the course


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on all core BA services, Project Management and Business Change Management. Required to facilitate meetings in person and/or virtually. Work in a hybrid work model with the requirement to be in the office a minimum of twice per month, generally every second and fourth Monday and then whenever required when working with our customers in person.
  • Requires an individual who is a quick learner, a self-starter, great at relationship building, being able to influence and gain agreement on a project approach. Someone who has strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Examples of deliverables required are current state and future state process maps, project plans, business change management plan, developing presentations for steering committees, preparing business cases, risk and issue log, decision log, statement of work etc...
