Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to write detailed user stories, and gather requirements for a application development project and provide support on requirements for new regulatory changes

The Business Analyst will assist with a client system in exploring and documenting opportunities for a comprehensive digital solution. The Scope of the work will focus on the analysis of dataset and business processes to output the following:

1. Current state, process flows and workflows.

2. Data flows and conceptual data model analysis.

3. Draft Product Vision, Roadmap, & Concept Case.

4. Future State.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in working sessions with the systems analysis team, Project Manager, Technical Authority and other DFO system resources identified during the Business Requirements analysis.
• Identify, propose and develop business analysis artefacts to support program and development efforts
• Identify knowledge gaps and potential user research questions
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to elicit requirements and validate the solution Consult stakeholders (individually or by means of facilitating group sessions) to identify comprehensive business requirements;

Must Haves:

• Reliability Clearance
• 10 year of Business Analyst experience
• Agile Experience

Nice To Have:

• Bilingual
• ITIL, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
