Our client has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into smart, actionable solutions for a complex business environment and domain (042).

You’ll analyze and document business processes, run workshops, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with strategic goals. This role needs someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and great at turning business challenges into clear, practical outcomes.

6-month assignment to start, with extensions up to 24 months, 100% remote - must be able to work in CST

Must Have:

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years in Agile projects
• Experience in process analysis, requirements writing, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communicator with sharp critical thinking and political acumen

Nice-to-Have:

• Accreditation from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis)
• Knowledge of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK)
