Senior Business Analyst to perform change impact analysis, fit-gap analysis, and readiness assessments for a business transition project within the public

Our valued public sector client is searching for a Senior Business Analyst to perform change impact analysis, fit-gap analysis, and readiness assessments for an SAP project.

Background:

The organization is looking to manage the legacy environment until it is replaced and decommissioned by the resulting new information system. Therefore, it will need to maintain and enhance the existing SAP base system required for replacing legacy systems. The current environment is composed of the current SAP ECC 6.0 with a limited number of the new SAP S/4 HANA software modules.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Participate in defining business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
• Participate in change impact analysis
• Developing readiness assessments and performing fit-gap analysis
• Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions related to change management
• Liaise with user organizations to identify and document both benefits and negative impacts associated with rollout and use of large information management systems
• Provide support with the development of business case proposals for extensions expansions to meet new business requirements or for rollout to new users

Must Haves:

• Business Analyst experience - 10+ years
• Secret Clearance

Nice to Have:

• SAP experience
