Senior Business Analyst to gather requirement for a Service oriented architecture project (MS Azure/DevOps) within public sector

The Crown requires the service of a Senior Business Analyst to gather requirement for a for a Service oriented architecture project (MS Azure/DevOps).

Background:

The Integration Project will enhance the effectiveness of the system by integrating the Aerospace Integration Capability application with other Command and Control softwares. These together constitute the bulk of Command and Control Information Systems application. Currently, these two processes are conducted through the use of several isolated and independent systems.

• Responsibilities:Gather and analyze technical and operational community information sharing requirements relating to the strategic, operational and tactical use of the process
• Help transforming the business requirements into software requirements (CI/CD pipeline)
• Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as data, and application subsystems;
• Initiate redesign to promote increased efficiencies and reduce overall costs, implementing improvements to automation of processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
