Our valued client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to gather and manage requirements on Business systems in the Telecommunications industry.

An initial 12 month contract. Full time - 3 days per week onsite - 2 days per week remote

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including managers, users, and IT teams.
• Identify and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement information systems solutions.
• Lead feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions and recommend the most effective course of action.
• Define and document system specifications, including user interface requirements, data models, and functional specifications.
• Assist or lead in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Must Have Skills:

• 9+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience an agile product owner for large scale enterprise application development and/or customer web application development
• Experience with supporting\leading designing, developing, testing and implementation within the Telecom BSS area
• Hold a valid Government of Canada Reliability clearance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual in English and French an asset
• Experience with enterprise BSS and ERP software is an asset
