Our public sector client requires a Secret cleared Senior Business Analyst to conduct an options analysis to ensure that solutions are optimized for performance, security, and multi-user access.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, either for an organization or for a major application area, to meet the business and application requirements for various types of implementations.
• Identify the policies and requirements that drive out a particular solution for various types of implementations.
• Analyze and evaluate existing legacy (Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle Forms) solutions to help determine appropriate migration strategies.
• Ensures the integration of all aspects of technology solutions.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure that solutions fit with government and industry directions for technology.
• Analyze functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows in a variety of different types of implementations.
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document database content, structure, and application sub-systems, and develop data dictionary

Must have:

• Secret clearance
• Experience with Options Analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with Oracle Forms
