Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior Business Analyst to conduct a comprehensive assessment prior to the modernization of IM systems and processes in the public sector. The resource will be responsible for consultant benchmarking the client's IM systems and processes against leading federal departments and industry standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and setting a roadmap for digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing information management systems, policies, workflows, and technologies. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps that may impede modernization.
• Compare the client's IM practices with those of other Government of Canada departments and recognized industry standards. Highlight areas where the client can modernize its operations and adopt proven approaches and innovative solutions.
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations for modernizing the client's IM environment. Recommendations should address technology, process, governance, and change management considerations.
• Prepare a detailed transformation plan outlining phased implementation steps, resource requirements, key milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and success metrics.

Must have:

• Reliability clearance
• University degree
• 5 years experience with SharePoint Online, GCDocs and OneDrive
• Federal Government experience

Nice to have:

• Bilingual
