Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with the application procurement process (RFI/RFP) for software solutions

Calgary-based client. Candidates can be hybrid in Calgary (In-office when needed). 37.5 hour work week

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst working on RFP's/RFI's for application procurement
• 5+ years of experience working with software package application implementations (Cloud and on Premise) and system development projects
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development Methodologies (Previous experience as a software developer highly desirable
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to haves:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project management, planning, reporting and estimating
• Experience using SAP ARIBA System for procurement
• Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be involved in application procurement aligning to our client's defined procurement policies and processes.
• The successful candidate will coordinate with other IT resources, external vendors, other project teams, and business unit
