Description
Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst to analyze current processes and provide process enhancements. The Analyst will be responsible for following up on the business requests and documenting processes, establishing and defining a streamlined process as well as securing stakeholder buy in .
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the stakeholders & SME
- Create process flow charts
- Streamline processes
- Gap analysis
- Process Modeling
- Document processes
- holding JAD sessions
- Requirement Gathering
- Billing - cost recovery team. Track what the usage is, costs are, send to the finance team to go recover the money. Track the financials in reports. (Excel spreadsheet)

- Intake processes

- process Documentation
Nice to haves:
- Capacity management experience
