Senior Bilingual Project Manager to support a ServiceNow implementation initiative in the public sector - 064

Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior Bilingual Project Manager to support a ServiceNow implementation initiative in the public sector. The resource will support the ITSM Transformation program and will be responsible for the delivery of the program, including providing status updates to leadership, liaising with stakeholders etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow implementation project through deployment, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external vendors, to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and governance.
• Manage change control and scope adjustments with an eye on business value and impact.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices for implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Support organizational change management and end-user adoption strategies.

Must have:

• Reliability clearance
• ServiceNow implementation experience
• PMP, ITIL, Prince 2 certs
• Masters in Project Management

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow Certification
