Our large, enterprise client is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to design, implement, and deliver Agile frameworks and practices aligning with the enterprise strategy.


This is an initial 1-year contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Regina, SK and agreeable to a hybrid working model (3 days in office/week).


Must-Haves:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and transformation
  • Experience implementing Scrum and Agile frameworks
  • Experience with Agile metrics, transformation roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with product-centric delivery models


Responsibilities Overview:

  • Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams.
  • Design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.
  • Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.
  • Develop and manage Agile transformation backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.
  • Deliver training and certification programs to build Agile capability across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
