SAP S/4HANA Cutover Specialist to lead sustainment activities for a greenfield implementation

S.i. Systems mining client is looking for a SAP S/4HANA Cutover Specialist to lead sustainment activities for a greenfield implementation.

12 month contract - high chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - 4 days per week onsite in downtown Vancouver

MUST HAVES:

• 8-10 years of progressive experience delivering SAP cutover for large-scale Greenfield, Brownfield, or migration initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and integrated SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in managing sophisticated, multi-system cutovers, including external integrations and data migration.
• Deep understanding of cutover activities, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Experience working across CloudALM, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Tricentis, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills, with capacity to drive alignment across business and technology teams.
• Solid grasp of security, compliance, and controls related to system deployments and production releases.
• Highly diligent, with strong focus and the ability to operate effectively under fast-paced launch timelines.
• Demonstrable ability to anticipate challenges, proactively mitigate risk, and deliver stable, business-ready go-lives.
