Description

Leads the Plant Maintenance workstream assessment covering asset monitoring, identification, scheduling, execution, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and SAP Asset Manager (14 weeks). Targeted functional readiness review. PM has complex dependencies with WFS and EC Payroll that affect deployment planning.

Deliverables

Phase 1 & 2: Lead deep dive review of all Plant Maintenance process areas and configuration completeness. Review PM configuration settings, functional stream updates, and applicable defects. Assess PM integration with WFS, EC Payroll, SAP Asset Manager, and ESRI. Review PM data readiness and integration points. Review material gaps, RICEFW items, and risk log for plant maintenance. Review integration points and assess readiness and test coverage for PM processes. Conduct deep dive workshops for all PM L2 areas. Document PM risk areas, outstanding activities, and dependencies. Identify simplification opportunities and prioritize outstanding PM activities. Review selected PM topics with SAP (PM integration with WFS and EC-P, Asset Manager, ESRI integration). Compile PM section of the diagnostic report including solution, data, cutover readiness and delta-to-green.

Phase 3, finalize PM diagnostic report, document pros/cons for deployment options from a PM perspective, and provide PM cost estimates.

Phase 4, contribute to finalizing the go-live roadmap and resource/cost estimates.
