Our multinational IT consulting services client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform implementation. This includes managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines, while coordinating across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.


Note: Should be Vancouver Based, Remote but with occasional on-site meetings


Must Have:

  • 7+ years in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • 3+ years managing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
  • 5+ years managing cross-functional teams (developers, architects, analysts).
  • 5+ years in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • 5+ years using project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, etc.).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with enterprise IT governance, compliance, and security.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.


Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years in CRM/Customer Service process management (case management, omnichannel, SLAs).
  • Experience with Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure, M365, Teams integration)


Duties:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform project.
  • Coordinate developers and technical leads working on Power Pages, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical outcomes.
  • Oversee UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Track progress through KPIs and reports to stakeholders.
  • Support change management and user training/adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure quality and adherence to Microsoft best practices.
